chicago beef steaks by chef zakir

black pepper 2 tbsp, lemon 2 tbsp, wosteschir sauce 3 tbsp, fresh stopped parsely, mustard 2 tbsp, ground cloves 1/2 tsp, salt, 1/4 cup oil.  [ and then whisk]


steak with brown sauce

marination:

2 fresh lemon sauce (4 tbsp)
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1/4 cup or 5 tbsp whostershire sauce
1 tbsp mustard paste
2 tbsp bbq sauce
2 tbsp fresh crushed black peppers
salt to taste
1/4 cup oil... [ and then whisk]

brown sauce:

4 tbsp flour in oil and cook flour vigorously
medium onion in oil seperatly, til golden reddish brown color and add little water add salt, black pepper and wosteshire sauce.
Add the flour to the mixer while mixing them together with a whisk until thick enough
